Why Sussex County, NJ?

Shortly after 9/11, my wife Cindy and I decided to move out of New York City.  We searched every town within a 50 mile radius and found Sparta and Lake Mohawk to be totally fascinating.  It not only offered us the small town ambiance and country life style but also the conveniences of the big city, not to mention, we were still just an hours drive to our old neighborhood on the Upper West Side. Absolutely Perfect, we fell instantly in love and have never been happier.

Having been in real estate most of my life, from getting my license upon discharge from the Marine Corp in 1969 to running my own business with offices in 26 states, I decided to settle down into being a local residential (with a sprinkling of commercial) Realtor.  It has been very rewarding.  We have had an opportunity to meet more people and gather more friends than in any other period of our lives.  (See our testimonials)

Should you decide to consider the Sussex County area, please give me a call and schedule one of my tours.  I am sure you will find it educational and enlightening, even if you decide it isn't perfect for you.  I have past clients that decided Not to move here, yet continue to visit either for the miles and miles of hiking trails, cross country and downhill skiing or to visit one of our 20+ golf courses.

My cell phone is 973 769 9779, I'd love to hear from you. Give me a call, I ANSWER!
